Shipping Area
We ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, and the rest of the European Union, plus the United Kingdom and Switzerland. Ordering from outside Europe is also possible; a fixed international rate applies for this.
Free Shipping from €70
If your order is €70 or more, we offer free shipping within the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, the rest of the EU, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland. Free shipping will be automatically applied at checkout. For orders outside Europe, the fixed international rate of €19.95 always applies.
Processing Time
If you place your order on a weekday before your country's cut-off time, your order will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be dispatched on the next working day. You will receive a shipping confirmation with track and trace once your package is on its way.

Incorrect or Damaged Delivery
If your package arrived damaged or the contents are incorrect, please email a photo to info@turbotubes.eu within 48 hours. We will send a replacement product free of charge or refund the amount.
