Right of Withdrawal

You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. This reflection period starts the day after you, or a third party designated by you, have received the product.

How to return

  1. Report within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel the order. This can be done by e-mail via info@turbotubes.eu or using the model withdrawal form at the bottom of this page.
  2. Send the product back within 14 days of your notification to: TurboTubes, Turbinestraat 24A, 3903 LW Veenendaal.
  3. Include a copy of the order confirmation or the order number so we can process the return quickly.

Costs and Refund

  • The direct costs of returning the product are for your account.
  • We will refund the full purchase amount, including the original shipping costs (with the exception of any extra costs for a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery), within 14 days of your withdrawal notification. We may wait with the refund until we have received the product or until you have demonstrated that you have sent it.
  • Refunds will be made via the same payment method you used.

Condition of the product

During the reflection period, you may unpack and inspect the product as you would in a store. If the product is returned used or damaged, for example because an inner tube has been mounted and ridden, we may deduct the depreciation from the amount to be refunded.

Warranty

Apart from the right of withdrawal, TurboTubes products come with a 2-year warranty on material and manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear, punctures due to external causes (such as thorns, glass or a snakebite) and damage due to incorrect assembly are not covered by the warranty. In case of a warranty claim, please contact us via info@turbotubes.eu with a description and photos.
