Gate Drop Terms and Conditions

1. The Promotion

The Gate Drop is a monthly prize draw from TurboTubes, a trading name of E-commerce Holland BV, located at Klompenmakerslaan 42, 3781 DR Voorthuizen, Chamber of Commerce 42107463. The Code of Conduct for Promotional Games of Chance applies to this promotion.

2. Participation

  • Participation is free. You enter by subscribing to our email list (The Gate) via turbotubes.eu.
  • As long as you are subscribed, you automatically participate in each monthly draw. One entry per person per draw.
  • The minimum age for participation is 16 years. If you are under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian.
  • Participation is open to residents of countries within the European Union where we deliver.
  • Employees of TurboTubes and their family members are excluded from participation.

3. The Prize

  • Launch prize: among everyone subscribed by Friday 31 July 2026, we will draw one winner of a year of free TurboTubes: one set (2 inner tubes plus 1 spare) every month for 12 months, with a total retail value of approximately EUR 1,000. This launch draw replaces the regular monthly draw of July 2026; all other provisions of these terms apply equally to this draw.
  • Each month, one participant wins a complete set of TurboTubes: 2 inner tubes plus 1 spare, with a retail value of approximately EUR 84.
  • The prize cannot be exchanged for cash and is not transferable.
  • Any gambling tax due will be borne by TurboTubes.

4. Draw and Announcement

  • The draw takes place on the last Friday of each month.
  • The winner will be drawn randomly and impartially from all active entries at the time of the draw.
  • The winner will be notified personally by email and has 7 days to respond. If no response is received, a new winner will be drawn.
  • The winner's first name and possibly a photo will only be shared in our newsletter or on social media with the explicit permission of the winner.
  • No correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome.

5. Personal Data

Your data will be processed according to our privacy policy and only used for this promotion and for the email list you have subscribed to. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in each email. After unsubscribing, you will no longer participate in subsequent draws.

6. Miscellaneous

  • TurboTubes may modify or terminate this promotion and these terms and conditions. Announced draws will always proceed.
  • Questions or complaints about this promotion can be sent to info@turbotubes.eu. We will respond within 14 days.
  • Dutch law applies to this promotion.
