Article 1. Who we are

TurboTubes is a trade name of E-commerce Holland BV, located at Klompenmakerslaan 42, 3781 DR Voorthuizen. Chamber of Commerce number: 42107463. VAT number: NL869766521B01. Reachable via info@turbotubes.eu.

Article 2. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to every offer from TurboTubes and to every agreement concluded via turbotubes.eu. In addition to these terms and conditions, our return policy, shipping policy, and privacy policy, which are on the website, also apply.

Article 3. Offer and prices

All prices on the website are in euros and include VAT, excluding any shipping costs. These shipping costs are clearly shown before completing the order. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer are not binding on us. Product images are a truthful representation, but colors may vary slightly on a screen.

Article 4. Agreement and payment

The agreement is concluded at the moment you complete the order and we confirm it by e-mail. Payment is made via the offered payment methods in the checkout. For deferred payment via an external provider, the terms and conditions of that provider also apply.

Article 5. Delivery

We deliver to the address you provided with the order. Current delivery times and shipping costs are stated in our shipping policy. The maximum delivery period is 30 days after ordering, unless otherwise agreed. If this period is exceeded, you may cancel the agreement free of charge and we will refund the full amount.

Article 6. Right of withdrawal

You have a 14-day cooling-off period after receiving your order. How to exercise this right is stated in our return policy, including the model withdrawal form.

Article 7. Warranty and conformity

We guarantee that the products comply with the agreement and with the reasonable requirements of soundness and usability. This does not affect your legal rights as a consumer. In addition, TurboTubes gives a 2-year warranty on material and manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear, punctures due to external causes and damage due to incorrect assembly are not covered by the warranty.

Article 8. Complaints

Complaints about products or about our service can be sent to info@turbotubes.eu. We will respond substantively within 14 days. If we cannot resolve it together, you can submit the dispute to the competent court.

Article 9. Applicable law

All agreements with TurboTubes are governed by Dutch law, even if you live in another EU country. Mandatory consumer protection from your own country will always apply.
