Gate Drop Terms and Conditions

1. The promotion

The Gate Drop is a monthly giveaway organised by TurboTubes, a trade name of E-commerce Holland BV, registered at Klompenmakerslaan 42, 3781 DR Voorthuizen, Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number 42107463. This promotion is governed by the Dutch Code of Conduct for Promotional Games of Chance (Gedragscode Promotionele Kansspelen).

2. Participation

  • Participation is free. You enter by subscribing to our email list (The Gate) via turbotubes.eu.
  • As long as you are subscribed, you are automatically entered into every monthly draw. One entry per person per draw.
  • The minimum age for participation is 16. If you are under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian.
  • Participation is open to residents of European Union countries we ship to.
  • TurboTubes employees and their family members are excluded from participation.

3. The prize

  • Every month one participant wins a complete TurboTubes set: 2 inner tubes plus 1 spare, with a retail value of approximately EUR 84.
  • The prize cannot be exchanged for cash and is not transferable.
  • Any applicable gaming tax will be paid by TurboTubes.

4. Draw and announcement

  • The draw takes place on the last Friday of every month.
  • The winner is drawn randomly and impartially from all subscriptions active at the time of the draw.
  • The winner is notified personally by email and has 7 days to respond. If there is no response, a new winner is drawn.
  • The winner's first name and photo are only shared in our newsletter or on social media with the winner's explicit consent.
  • No correspondence will be entered into regarding the results.

5. Personal data

Your data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy and is only used for this promotion and for the email list you subscribed to. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email. After unsubscribing you will no longer be entered into future draws.

6. Other

  • TurboTubes may amend or end this promotion and these terms. Announced draws will always take place.
  • Questions or complaints about this promotion can be sent to info@turbotubes.eu. We respond within 14 days.
  • This promotion is governed by Dutch law.
